Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of related manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 1 year operating manufacturing machinery/equipment.
• Good communication and basic computer skills.
• Experience with hand tools, wrenches, banding equipment and nail guns.
• Able to use measuring gauges and read a tape measure.
• Forklift and crane experience a plus; trainable on both.
• Overtime and weekend flexibility.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate heavy machinery and gauges for cutting, punching, forming, blocking, and processing operations.
• Follow safety rules in a manufacturing environment.
• Operate CNC-controlled machines (presses, lasers, rolling mills) safely and efficiently.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and lubrication on equipment.
• Read blueprints and technical data to select materials and parts.
• Mark parts with numbers and attach tags for traceability.
• Support continuous improvement and cost-saving ideas.
• May be assigned other projects by the team leader.
• Be willing to work overtime as needed.
