Job summary

Eventide Lake Country Manor is seeking Universal Worker/CNA for the AM shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) at our assisted living facility in Devils Lake, ND. The role includes personal care, housekeeping, and life enrichment activities for residents.

The ideal candidate holds a ND CNA license or can obtain one on hire, with duties spanning ADLs, medication assistance under supervision, and documentation in resident records. Excellent communication and empathy are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a current ND CNA license or be able to obtain upon hire.
• Assists tenants with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Observes and assists with medications under nurse direction.
• Maintains safety and infection control practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and assistance to residents.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility.
• Perform routine health observations and document findings.
• Support mealtime with nutrition and hydration and assist with activity planning.
