Job summary

Eventide Heartland Care Center is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for PM and overnight shifts with every other weekend and holiday rotation. Competitive pay plus shift differentials, comprehensive benefits, and generous PTO accompany the role.

Responsibilities include providing individualized resident care, following care plans, and maintaining safety, privacy, and dignity. Prior CNA experience and North Dakota CNA license preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a current North Dakota CNA license.
• Experience in direct care or healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to lift and transfer residents per care plan.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized attention to residents to maintain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial wellbeing.
• Follow care plans and document care provided.
• Assist with grooming, bathing, feeding, incontinent care, toileting, transferring, ambulation, ROM.
• Maintain the dignity and privacy of residents; interact with warmth and compassion.
• Comply with safety and infection control policies and procedures.
• Report incidents of abuse, neglect, or rights violations per policy.
• Assist with resident laundry as needed.
• Respond promptly to call lights and alarms.
• May check vitals, weights, or apply lotions.
• Escort residents to appointments and activities as needed.
