Job summary

Gundersen Health System in Spring Grove, MN is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join the team for day shifts and a 48-hour bi-weekly schedule under RN supervision in an acute hospital setting.

If you do not have your CNA certification, we will enroll you in a fully funded program to obtain MN CNA certification. Starting pay is $18.57/hour until certified, with $20.55/hour plus more for experience once fully trained.

Qualifications

• Minnesota Registered CNA required to work in Spring Grove, MN.
• If not certified, employer pays for CNA training and enrollment is provided.
• Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA or Red Cross is required.

Responsibilities

• Work day shifts including every other weekend and holiday.
• Part-time — 48 hours per bi-weekly period.
• Provide basic patient care under RN supervision in an acute hospital setting.
• Transport and transfer patients safely within the medical complex.
• Document resident data in an electronic medical record (EMR).
• Assist with nutrition, elimination, mobility, safety, and comfort.
