Job summary

Hendricks Community Hospital in Hendricks, MN is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to care for long-term residents. No experience necessary as CNA classes are offered with no-cost training. Starting wage is $22.50/hour, with weekend and shift differentials and night shifts from 6pm to 6:30am.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state approved nursing assistant training program.
• Previous experience in a healthcare facility preferred but willing to train.
• Genuine interest in geriatrics.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, mobility, and other ADLs.
• Provide compassionate care following each resident’s care plan.
• Communicate positively with residents and respond appropriately to behaviors.
