Samaritan Summit Village is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for a day shift. The role requires assisting residents with daily living tasks, documenting care, and reporting observations to the supervisor.

New York State CNA certification or eligibility is required, with high school completion and prior long-term care experience preferred. 40-hour week, 8-hour day shifts, and a supportive team environment described.

Qualifications

• Must be a NYS-certified CNA or eligible for certification.
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilités

• Care for residents including assisting with daily living tasks.
• Bed making, linen handling, and hygiene assistance.
• Document care, observe vitals, and report to supervisor.
• Assist with meals and ambulate residents as needed.
