Qualifications

• Must be a currently certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state
• Ability to provide resident care with dignity and respect
• Capable of following facility policies and procedures

Responsibilities

• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, and charts when applicable.
• Report significant changes in residents' condition to an LVN/RN.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility.
• Prepare residents for meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe and warm environment for residents.
