Job summary

Forest Acres Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care per the resident care plan in a 132-bed skilled facility in Columbia, SC. You will identify residents, assist with mobility, and help maintain a warm, safe environment across shifts.

Requirements include SC Nurse Aide Certification, current CPR, and graduation from an approved CNA program. The role includes weekend differential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina Nurse Aide Certification (Required).
• Graduate of an Accredited Nurse Assistant Program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• A caring heart and passion for serving others.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments or meals using wristband/photo card.
• Record entries and report changes in a resident's condition to the Nurse Supervisor.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and protect protected health information.
• Assist with daily resident activities, mobility, and personal care as needed.
