Qualifications

• Active South Carolina Nurse Aide Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments, meals, or care.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Record entries accurately and maintain confidentiality of resident information.
