Job summary

Helping Hearts USA LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers for day shifts (4 to 12 hours). We offer full-time and part-time opportunities, with assignments matched to your experience, availability and client needs.

Caregivers provide companionship, personal care, mobility support, and non-medical health assistance in private homes and senior living settings, with emphasis on dignity, safety and independence.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have professional caregiving, personal-care or home-care experience.
• Follow written care plans and communicate professionally with clients and office staff.
• Complete accurate electronic documentation during every shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, social engagement and meal preparation.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility support as needed.
• Support dementia or memory-care clients with calm supervision and routine adherence.
• Assist with transfers, walking, and safety during shifts.
• Provide non-medical health support, including reminders and monitoring.
