Helping Hearts USA LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers for day-shift opportunities. Shifts vary from 4 to 12 hours and assignments depend on client care plans and scheduling needs. Availability must be provided for proper assignment matching.

Caregivers may need to work full or part-time and could be required to cover weekends depending on client needs. Physical documents are required for pre-interview verification to ensure eligibility.

Qualifications

• Compassionate caregiver
• Dependable and reliable
• Experience in home care preferred

Responsabilités

• Provide companionship and household support: conversation, social engagement, meal prep, errands, light housekeeping, laundry, organizing living space, medication reminders, transportation, safety observation.
• Personal care support: assist with bathing, hygiene, dressing, grooming, toileting, meal assistance, mobility support, transfers and safe position changes.
• Dementia/memory-care support: calm supervision, redirection, routine maintenance, monitor for changes, report concerns.
• Mobility and access assistance: walking support, wheelchair assistance, bed mobility, transfers, and safe use of equipment.
• Non-medical health support: monitor intake, document observations, report changes, and follow care plan.
• Physical readiness: ability to perform tasks safely, manage stairs, and adapt to client environments.
• Client environments: work across private homes, memory-care and assisted living settings.
