Job summary

CareDiem Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers and CNAs to help clients live safely and independently at home. We offer 2 to 4 hour weekday morning shifts with flexible scheduling and supportive office staff.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, medication reminders, and companionship. Prior caregiving experience is valued; CNA/HHA preferred but not required, with required screenings and reliable transport.

Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving experience (agency or private).
• CNA/HHA preferred but not required.
• Valid ID, SSN, or work authorization.
• TB test, background check, drug screen.
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain).
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Comfortable with smartphone apps.

Responsibilities

• Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
• Mobility/transfers & fall prevention
• Meal prep & light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Companionship & safety supervision
• Use care app to clock in/out and document care
