Job summary

Helping Hearts USA LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical personal support in clients' homes. Shifts range from 4 to 12 hours, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Assignments vary by client care plans, schedule needs and location, and caregivers must maintain complete daily availability data. Caregivers support companionship, mobility assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping and safety monitoring.

Qualifications

Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Must possess a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
Have professional caregiving, personal-care or home-care experience.
Demonstrate compassion, patience, professionalism and dependability.
Follow written care plans and office instructions.
Communicate professionally with clients, office staff and approved facility personnel.
Complete accurate electronic documentation during every shift.
Have reliable access to a smartphone.
Maintain client confidentiality.
Remain attentive and awake throughout every assigned shift.
Follow attendance, call-off, clock-in, clock-out and documentation requirements.
Safely perform the physical responsibilities of the accepted assignment.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and household support according to the client’s care plan.
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including mobility, grooming and feeding as directed.
Monitor client well-being and report changes to supervisors.
Accurately document tasks, observations and any concerns during each shift.
