Elite Care in Milwaukie, OR is seeking a CNA to provide daily resident care, including hygiene assistance, emotional support, and health monitoring. You will document observations and collaborate with a care team to meet resident needs. Shifts run 6am-6pm, with a half-shift on Wednesdays; day shift only.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Oregon-Endorsed CNA license.
• Fluent in spoken, read and written English.
• Value and respect for elderly/assisted living.
• Consistent attendance and reliable transportation.
• Ability to document properly in charts and portal.
• Excellent oral communication, reading and writing skills.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with ADLs.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement.
• Monitor and report changes in health and behavior.
• Maintain a clean, safe and orderly environment.
• Work as part of a team and participate in training and development.
• Support personal care tasks (e.g., bathing, dressing).
