Job summary

Dallas Retirement Village is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant for the Health Center in Dallas, OR. The position runs day shift from 6:15 am to 2:15 pm, supporting residents with daily routines and individualized care plans.

We value teamwork, clear communication, and a resident-centered approach. Active, unencumbered Oregon CNA license or ability to obtain it, plus strong documentation and English skills, are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered CNA license in the State of Oregon, or ability to obtain within required timeline.
• Current BLS CPR certification preferred
• Ability to understand, follow instructions, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to document care accurately
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach

Responsibilities

• CNAs provide direct care and support to residents while following individualized care plans.
• Assist with daily routines, mobility, grooming, and feeding as prescribed.
• Document care activities accurately in the resident records.
• Communicate with the care team to ensure quality, safety, and resident comfort.
