Birmingham Green Health Center for Comm Cnts in Manassas, VA is hiring a dedicated CNA for full-time days (7am–3pm) with every other weekend. You will support residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, document care, and collaborate with a caring interdisciplinary team to ensure comfort and quality of life.

The role requires CNA certification, CPR/First Aid, and strong interpersonal skills in a supportive facility that values inclusiveness and excellent care.

Formación

• Completed CNA training with six months in long-term care preferred.
• Current Adult CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer, math and problem-solving abilities.
• Punctual and able to work the full established schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with daily living activities to ensure comfort and dignity.
• Take and record vital signs and monitor intake/output.
• Work with healthcare providers and interdisciplinary team members.
• Document resident care and maintain accurate medical records.
• Assist with ambulation, transporting residents, and feeding assistance.
• Maintain cleanliness, change bed linens, and manage nutrition and safety.
