Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC in Naples, FL seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for day shift 7:00am–3:00pm. This role provides essential support to residents, assists with ADLs, and upholds Nursing Department policies to ensure a safe, comfortable home for residents.

You will observe residents, document changes, respond to call lights, and collaborate with nurses to maintain quality care. A CNA certification and state/federal compliance are required, with weekend rotation as

Qualifications

• Must meet state and federal CNA requirements.
• Experience in a care setting preferred (home care, assisted living, or long-term care).

Responsibilities

• Provide physical support to assist residents with daily living activities, including lifting, transfers, bathing, dressing, toileting, and taking vital signs.
• Observe and document health, behavior, and emotional condition; report changes to the nurse.
• Respond promptly to resident call signals and assist as needed.
• Promote safety and infection control; maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Communicate with nurses about resident conditions and concerns.
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner.
• Provide companionship, comfort, and support to residents.
• Meet in-service requirements and perform other duties as assigned.
