Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. The position supports residents with daily living activities and requires an active CNA license. Evening shift is 3:00pm-11:00pm with every other weekend.

FT or PT options are available, and a $1 evening shift differential plus a $2 weekend differential are offered. As a CNA, you will assist with mobility, daily living tasks, and vital signs, while ensuring a safe, clean environment and adherence to

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position
• Prefer 6 months or more of experience in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility

Responsibilities

• Provide physical support to assist residents to perform daily living activities, such as lifting, transfers, assisting with bed mobility, bathing, dressing, toileting, standing, walking, exercising, serving and assisting with meals, and taking vital signs
• Observes and documents the health, behavior, physical and emotional condition of each resident, promptly reporting all changes to the nurse
• Responds promptly and courteously to resident call signals, signal lights, bells, or intercom systems to determine residents' needs
• Promotes personal safety and the safety of the residents with a clean and safe environment for residents by observing infection control practices, following facility guidelines, and reporting unsafe situation to the nurse
• Communicate with nurses on resident conditions, changes and concerns
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner
• Provide companionship, comfort and support to residents
• Meet federal and state in-service requirements
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
