Job summary

Ardent is seeking a CNA/Behavioral Health Technician for day shift in Pocatello, ID. You will support patients under the treatment plan and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Current CNA Certification in Idaho.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provides selected patient care activities as part of the multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Observes and records patient information relevant to the treatment plan and reports to the RN and team.
• Maintains safety checks and assessments in Behavioral Health environment.
• Assists patients with physical and emotional needs and responds to emergencies as part of the clinical team.
• Cares for patients with daily living activities and supports the general patient milieu.
