Job summary

The Greens at Erwin is hiring for a Day Shift Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Erwin, Tennessee. Join a collaborative nursing team dedicated to resident-centered care and quality outcomes.

We offer 12-hour day shifts (6:00 AM–6:00 PM), same-day pay options, and opportunities for growth and advancement. New CNAs are encouraged to apply with training provided to start your healthcare career.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Newly Certified CNAs Are Encouraged to Apply – Training Provided!
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work scheduled 12-hour day shifts and every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and personal hygiene.
• Support residents with repositioning, transfers, ambulation and mobility as appropriate.
• Assist RNs and LPNs in providing individualized, resident-centered care.
• Monitor and observe residents, promptly reporting changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Respond to resident needs and call lights promptly and with compassion.
• Assist during meals, activities and daily routines as needed.
