Job summary

The Greens at Erwin in Erwin, Tennessee, is seeking compassionate CNAs for day shifts to provide resident-centered care in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee CNA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Newly Certified CNAs are encouraged to apply – Training Provided!
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality resident care.
• Ability to work scheduled 12-hour day shifts and every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene).
• Support repositioning, transfers, ambulation, and mobility.
• Assist RNs and LPNs in providing individualized, resident-centered care.
• Monitor residents and report changes promptly to the nursing team.
• Respond to call lights promptly and compassionately.
• Assist with meals, activities, and daily routines as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Follow infection control practices and facility policies.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team.
• Promote resident comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life.
