Responsibilities

• Maintaining a safe environment by reporting unsafe conditions or hazards
• Recognizing and reporting pertinent signs and patient observations
• Maintaining quality assurance and infection control practices
• Documenting patient care and clinical data in the EHR and flowsheets
• Demonstrating ability to perform responsibilities during emergencies
• Fulfilling other related duties as assigned
