Avera Eureka Health Care Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Nurse Aide for full-time day shift. You will provide direct, personal care to residents, assist with daily living activities and monitor health needs, while documenting care and communicating with the nursing team.

The role emphasizes safety, compassion and teamwork within a supportive environment. Eligible applicants include CNAs or those willing to obtain CNA certification; a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 is available and PTO

Formación

• Must be a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) or willing to obtain certification.
• High school diploma or GED required/preferred.
• Less than 1 year related experience or training is acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide direct, personal care and services to residents.
• Take and document vital signs; contribute to the patient's plan of care.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and participate in care/restocking as needed.
• Support families emotionally and spiritually; ensure resident privacy and rights.
