Avera Brady Health and Rehab is hiring a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to provide direct, compassionate personal care to residents in a skilled nursing setting. You will assist with daily living activities, documentation, and basic health monitoring as part of a multidisciplinary team at this facility.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform each essential job function with visual acuity and mobility.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.
• Willingness to work rotating weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct, personal care to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming) and daily tasks.
• Take vital signs and document health information accurately.
• Assist with restocking supplies and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Support with patient mobility, transfers, and orientation to the facility.
