Avera Mother Joseph Manor Retirement Community is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our skilled nursing team. You will provide direct personal care, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain a safe, supportive environment for residents.

The role includes training and certification support, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus upon a two-year commitment. The position offers a day shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) with every other weekend and holiday, and benefits starting at

• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification required or to be obtained within 120 days of hire.
• High school or GED equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct personal care to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
• Assist with activities of daily living and daily routines such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Take and document vital signs and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and assist with transfers and positioning.
