Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises staff in the department to support the hospital mission and promote teamwork.
• Delivers patient care to a specified group of patients and evaluates care quality to improve outcomes.
• Ensures care is delivered within hospital policies, budget, and collaborative with other departments.
• Demonstrates knowledge and skills to provide age-appropriate nursing care for patients served.
