Responsibilities

• Coordinates and administers care for unit-specific patient population with a multidisciplinary approach.
• Provide clinical supervision to staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to meet hospital and department goals.
• Manage departmental activities in line with hospital policy and physician orders.
