Job summary

Thatcher Chemical in Buckeye, AZ is hiring a Chemical Mix Operator for the day shift. You will produce and mix chemicals, operate plant equipment, load/unload tanks and containers, and help maintain a safe, clean work area.

Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and good English literacy. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus; PPE is required to protect you and teammates.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English well (safety/operational requirement).
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Willingness to wear PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Produce and mix chemicals as needed.
• Understand and operate plant equipment and processes.
• Load and unload tanks, rail cars, tanker trailers, and other containers.
• Operate pumps, mixers, and blenders.
• Maintain a clean work area and perform light maintenance.
