Job summary

Thatcher Chemical is seeking a Chemical Mix Operator for the 2nd shift. This role involves production, blending, and loading/unloading of plant chemicals while maintaining a safe, clean environment. Responsibilities include operating pumps, mixers, forklifts, and adherence to safety norms.

High school diploma or equivalent and 2–3 years in manufacturing preferred; background check and pre-employment drug screen required. Competitive hourly pay and strong safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Produce and mix chemicals as needed and operate plant processes.
• Load/unload tanks, rail cars, and other containers.
• Operate pumps, mixers, blenders, and forklift as required.
• Maintain clean and safe work area; perform light maintenance.
