Qualifications

• New BSN within 5 years of hire is required or pursued.
• Minimum 1–2 years OR/Surgery RN experience; charge nurse preferred.
• ACLS/PALS may be required depending on unit; BLS is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care delivery with the surgical team.
• Serve as resource on standards of care and procedures.
• Create/adjust patient assignments based on acuity and staffing.
• Participate in committees and quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Provide clinical guidance and ensure safe, team‑based care.
