Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of PCA/CNA experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job.
• Negative TB test.
• Pass criminal background, drug test and reference checks.
• Cell phone with texting and internet capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities.
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes).
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands.
• Communicate and report changes in clients’ condition to supervisor.
• Maintain clients’ safety and well-being at all times.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Attend required training and meetings.

With Always Best Care, you are only required to attend one paid orientation in the office. After that, you will travel directly to the clients home and/or the facility. Training sessions are virtual, and checks will be automatically deposited every two weeks.
