Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - Treasure Coast seeks compassionate caregivers in the Raleigh, NC area. You will travel to clients' homes and facilities to assist with activities of daily living, provide companionship, and perform light housekeeping.

We offer same-day pay, training, tuition assistance, and a supportive team culture. Training is virtual and checks are directly deposited every two weeks; career-path opportunities help you grow as a caregiver.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of prior experience as a PCA or CNA.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and your own transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Must pass criminal background, drug test and reference checks.
• Cell phone with texting and internet capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and dishwashing
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands
• Communicate and report any changes in clients' condition to the supervisor
• Maintain clients' safety and well-being at all times
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Attend required training and meetings as specified by the company

Training sessions are virtual, and checks will be automatically deposited every two weeks.
