Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Service in Rock Hill, SC is seeking compassionate in-home care aides. You will assist seniors with daily activities, including bathing, meals, and medications, supporting them to age in place with dignity.

We offer flexible shifts across 12-hour blocks (8am-8pm and 8pm-8am), competitive pay of $15-$17 per hour, and benefits such as health insurance and paid online training. Training and protective equipment are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for Elderly and disabled people.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver license with auto insurance.
• Clean background and ability to pass a drug screen.
• Dependable with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with day-to-day activities to help them age in place.
• Bathing and dressing to start the day.
• Prepare nutritious meals to support health and energy.
• Ensure medications are taken as prescribed.
• Run light errands as needed.
• Assist with light housekeeping to keep environments safe.
• Support mental and physical exercises to reduce fall risk.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
