Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness and safety across the production facility. The role requires experience in cleaning within regulated environments and the ability to follow strict health and safety policies.

Ideal candidates can work with minimal supervision and meet GMP expectations. The position follows a Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm schedule, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Prioritization and time management skills.
• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper.
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• High School diploma or GED.
• Exercise good judgment in analyzing problems.
• Able to read and write to understand standard operating procedures.
• Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning activities and other duties as assigned, including sanitizing, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and restocking.
• Ensure all rooms are cared-for and inspected according to standards.
• Coordinate with departments to avoid disruptions in production.
• Create a cleaning schedule based on facility needs.
• Record and update sanitation schedules.
• Suggest improvements and review progress with department leads regularly.
• Keep cleaning supplies stocked and ready for use.
