Job summary

Cresco Labs, a leading multistate cannabis operator, is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in our facility. The role requires experience as a cleaner, ability to work under strict health and safety policies, and physical capability to sit, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks.

You will follow GMPs, coordinate with departments to avoid production disruption, and help implement cleaning schedules.

Qualifications

• Prioritization and time management skills.
• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper.
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain high performance.
• Knowledge of GMPs.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Exercise good judgment in analyzing problems.
• Able to read and write to understand SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning activities: sanitizing, sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing.
• Ensure rooms are cared-for and inspected per standards.
• Coordinate with departments to avoid disruption to production.
• Create cleaning schedules based on facility needs.
• Record and update sanitation schedules.
• Suggest improvements and review progress with leads.
• Ensure supplies are stocked for use when needed.

JOB SUMMARY

The Custodian role is responsible for overall housekeeping and cleanliness of the facility. The ideal candidate must have cleaning experience and have workedin an operation with strict health and safety policies and procedures. Experience working in food production or similar manufacturing environment is preferred.Candidates must be physically able to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.

CORE JOB DUTIES

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities and other duties as assigned. Tasks including but not limitedto:sanitizing, sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, changing floor pads, bathrooms, locker room, refrigerators, etc.
• Ensure all rooms are cared-for and inspected according to company or regulatorystandards
• Coordination with departments to ensure no disruption toproduction
• Createappropriate cleaningschedule based on needs offacility
• Record and update Sanitationschedule
• Suggest improvements and review progress with department leadsregularly
• Ensure cleaning/sanitation supplies are stocked and available for use whenneeded

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

• Prioritization and time management skills

• Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands forlong periodsof time.
• Requires ability tolift upto 50lbsto torso level.
