Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness of the facility in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have cleaning experience and familiarity with health and safety policies; food production or manufacturing settings are a plus.

Daily duties include sanitizing, sweeping, mopping, and coordinating with departments to avoid disruption. Candidates must lift up to 50 lbs, read SOPs, and perform repetitive tasks while following GMP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Prioritization and time management skills.
• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper.
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Processes (GMPs).
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to read and write to understand standard operating procedures.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and repetitive actions for long periods.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities and other duties as assigned. Tasks including but not limited to: sanitizing, sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, changing floor pads, bathrooms, locker room, refrigerators, etc.
• Ensure all rooms are cared-for and inspected according to company or regulatory standards
• Coordination with departments to ensure no disruption to production
• Create appropriate cleaning schedule based on needs of facility
• Record and update Sanitation schedule
• Suggest improvements and review progress with department leads regularly
• Ensure cleaning/sanitation supplies are stocked and available for use when needed
