Job summary

Conax Technologies in Buffalo, NY is hiring an Assembly Technician I. The role involves assembling parts per detailed instructions, using basic hand tools, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Training starts on first shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) and moves to second shift (3:15 PM–11:45 PM) after training completes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must read and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Ability to read blueprints/diagrams and use basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive assembly operations according to work instructions and specifications.
• Use basic hand tools to assemble parts and components.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety requirements including PPE and lockout/tagout.
• Meet productivity goals while ensuring high quality.
• Demonstrate integrity, commitment, and teamwork in daily work.
