Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Knowledge of engineering technology, design, development, testing and implementation.
• Familiar with business requirements analysis, project schedule management, and contract management.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and perform manufacturing engineering work for projects within established guidelines.
• Support analysis and specification of methods, processes, plant, machinery, and equipment.
• Contribute to feasibility testing and validate engineering solutions.
• Assist in drafting engineering standards and evaluating effectiveness.
• Perform inspections to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers as primary contact within contract plans.
• Identify and address shortcomings through change management programs.
• Support product development by analyzing customer needs and delivering solutions.
• Participate in project management to achieve goals.
