Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Knowledge of engineering technology, design, development, testing and implementation.
• Familiarity with business requirements analysis, project scheduling, technical operations support, health and safety, and contract management.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills; detail-oriented with focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and perform manufacturing engineering work for projects or processes within established guidelines.
• Support analysis and specification of methods, process steps, plant, machinery and equipment to improve manufacturing or materials processes.
• Contribute to feasibility testing and validating proposed engineering solutions.
• Assist in drafting engineering standards and specifications and evaluating their effectiveness.
• Perform inspections under supervision to ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and recommend remedial actions as needed.
• Coordinate activities of subcontractors and suppliers, acting as a primary contact within contract management plans.
• Identify and address shortcomings in existing processes and procedures through change management programs.
• Support product development and engineering activities by analyzing customer needs and delivering solutions.
• Participate in project management activities to achieve specific goals.
• Engage in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with industry best practices.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level in Engineering or a related field
