Job Title: Entry-Level Manufacturing Engineer (Recent Grad)

Location: Davenport, IA 52809
Assignment Length: 1 Year+ (Possible Extension)
Position Type: Contract/Contingent
Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) | Overtime may be requested (5-8 hours)

About the Role:

As a Manufacturing Engineer supporting the Articulated Dump Truck assembly line at our Davenport location, you’ll jump right into hands‑on projects aimed at improving safety, quality, and efficiency. What You'll Do:
  • Work with cross‑functional teams to drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
  • Lead and support small to moderate capital projects to improve manufacturing processes.
  • Help establish and optimize assembly operations, including layouts, labor standards, and methods.
  • Troubleshoot and develop solutions to improve current assembly processes and technologies.
  • Analyze manufacturing data to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Recent Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, or related fields).
  • Passion for manufacturing processes and making things run smoothly.
