Job summary

St. Joseph Residence is seeking an Activities Aide I for the day shift (9 a.m. - 4 p.m.) in New London, WI.

The role supports residents in our dietary/activities program, engaging in individual and group activities with guidance from the Activities Coordinator. Ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. CPR/BLS certification is required within 60 days of employment, and you must meet the schedule including every other Saturday

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Position requires CPR/BLS certification to be completed within the first 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assists with activities for residents and leads individual and group activities.
• Communicates effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Supports dietary and activity services as part of the care team.
