Job summary

Northwest Nursing and Rehab Center in Baltimore is seeking an Activities Leader for the 11 AM-7 PM shift to provide meaningful engagement for residents during day and evening hours.

You will plan and facilitate recreational and therapeutic activities, engage residents in social and cognitive programs, adapt activities to meet individual needs, and maintain activity documentation and participation records, ensuring a safe and positive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in activities, recreation, or healthcare preferred.
