Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Officer Access Control in Jefferson City, TN. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access, and provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors at a manufacturing and industrial site.

Join Allied Universal to work a full-time schedule, with a pay rate of $17.48 per hour, focusing on safety, compliance, and reliable support for site operations.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background investigation will be conducted per federal, state and local laws.
• A drug screen will be conducted where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor and contractor access, and maintain access logs.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas including business, perimeter, gates and parking areas to identify unusual activity.
• Document incidents and daily activities through required reports and communicate information to leadership.
