Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer in Keewatin, MN. You will safeguard clients across manufacturing environments, manage access points, verify credentials, and monitor activity to deter incidents.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check will be conducted per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers by following security procedures and site policies.
• Control access to the facility by verifying identification and processing entries; issue credentials and maintain records.
• Monitor entry/exit points, vehicle traffic, and deliveries; escalate unauthorized activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly, document observations, and communicate with site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter; report hazards and security concerns.
