Job summary

The Arc of Westchester is seeking two Day Services Supervisors/Treatment Coordinators for its Yonkers programs serving adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities. This full-time role involves supervising staff, coordinating on-site and community-based supports, and advancing individuals' independence.

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in human services or related field, a NY Driver's License, at least 1 year of experience with I/DD, and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in human services or related field.
• Valid NY Driver's License for at least 2 years.
• Minimum 1-year experience with I/DD.
• Minimum 1-year supervisory experience.
• Ability to travel in community with own vehicle.
• Knowledge of OPWDD regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate as a team member to develop services that assist people with IDD to become as independent as possible, including employment in the community.
• Ensure compliance to all regulations.
• Supervision of staff and day-to-day operations in the community and on site.
