Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.

• Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing.
• Pass criminal background check.
• Pass PCA Competency Test with 80%+.
• Flexible hours based on program needs.
• CPR and First Aid certification or training provided.
• Must obtain certifications including First Aid, CPR, MANDT, Medication Administration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate assigned staff.
• Support delivery of person-centered services.
• Oversee staff schedules and documentation.
• Monitor progress toward individual goals.
• Provide staff training and supervision.
• Work directly in the field with individuals when needed.
