Job summary

Middle Flint Health & Wellness seeks a Social Services Tech 2/Manager for Taylor Day Service in Butler, GA. The role oversees a day service center, maintains staff-to-individual ratio, and ensures daily transportation and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and two years of experience in a social services related position OR Bachelor's degree in a social services related field OR One year at the lower level (SST010).
• Must be proficient in keyboard use and documentation skills.
• Valid GA Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day service center to maintain staff-to-individual ratio (not exceed 1x10).
• Ensure daily transportation needs of individuals are met and that staff complete documentation within 24 hours.
• Place health and safety of clients first in all duties.
