Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; with two-three years' experience working with intellectual and developmental disabilities within the OPWDD field required.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience required.
• Must have access to timely and reliable transportation to transport self to multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, guidance, and support to staff and individuals by facilitating the development and implementation of individual treatment or habilitation plans.
• Provides coordination of individual services and ongoing advocacy and education/training.
• Coordinate services and advocate for staff and individuals across multiple sites.
