Merakey in Coraopolis, PA, seeks a Program Manager to lead day services for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. The role collaborates with the Director of Programs to supervise staff, manage daily operations, and oversee program planning, evaluation, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (preferred) with supervisory experience and strong technology skills to support program development, budgeting, and licensing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Up to 6 years + 1-year supervisory experience.
• Strong ability to use technology and to learn new technology quickly and encourage others to do so.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operation of the program and implement policies/procedures.
• Provide training and monitoring of program goals, assessments, and activities.
• Coordinate plans and implement CPS, community activities and special events.
• Guide staff responsibilities to support program development and service delivery.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and training for staff and oversee coordination with clinical and administrative aspects.
• Monitor treatment authorizations and ensure plans are developed and maintained.
• Support budgeting, billing processes, and license coordination.
• Ensure safety through fire drills and building safety measures.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop personnel; manage schedules and time-off requests.
