Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Pass and maintain a background check and LEIE per state regulations.
• Pass required controlled substance tests.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Punctuality and regular attendance at the worksite.
• Stay awake, responsive, and communicate effectively with individuals.
• Teach daily living skills and plan activities.
• Provide a clean, safe environment and implement care plans.
• Assist and supervise medication administration.
• Complete administrative tasks and required documentation.
